چکیده

Abstract The knowledge of the precaecal digestibility crude protein (CP) and amino acids (AA) has gained importance. However, since animal welfare is given high priority, experiments are recommended to be reduced or replaced. Thus, in vitro approaches interest for feed evaluation. present study aimed an adaption a multi-enzyme assay. An assay predict CP AA feedstuffs swine was adapted standardised quickly broilers. In assay, conditions gastro-intestinal tract chicken were simulated three steps, representing crop, stomach, small intestine. Samples incubated at 41 °C 30 min buffer solution pH 6.0, 135 with pepsin 2.6 120 pancreatin 6.4. rate disappearance nine different cereal legume grains related their previously determined broiler chicken. Regressions between 42-day old had coefficients determination (R 2 = 0.89). method potential extension calibration using further samples single mixed known recommended.

Apparent ileal digestibility of amino acids and metabolisable energy value in grains for broilers

Using ileal digestible amino acids in feed optimising will intensify feed protein utilizing and decrease nitrogen excretion to the environment. The study determined the apparent ileal digestibility (AID) coefficients of amino acids in barley, wheat, oats, triticale, maize, and dehulled oats in the diets of 180 Ross broiler chickens (aged 24–35 days). The birds were fed semi-purified diets that ...

Relationship between in vitro assays and standardized ileal amino acid digestibility of animal protein meals in broilers.

Two identical trials were conducted to determine the relationship of a novel digestive enzyme assay, Poultry Complete IDEA (PC IDEA), and the pepsin digestibility assay with standardized ileal amino acid digestibility (SIAAD) of 20 animal protein meals (APM) fed to broilers from 25 to 30 d of age. Animal protein meals included 10 meat and bone meals (MBM) consisting of bovine, porcine, or mixed...

Amino Acid Sequence Analysis of Hemagglutinin Protein of H9N2 Isolated from Broilers in Tehran in 2007

Background and Aims: Since 1998, Iranian poultry industry has been affected by avian influenza (AI) virus, subtype H9N2. The association of high mortality and case report of H5N1 and H9N2 influenza virus in wild birds in recent years raised the suspicion of a possible new genetic modified AI virus. Methods: Partial nucleotide sequences and deduced amino acid of hemagglutinin (HA) genes of 4 H9...

Crude Protein Equivalence Value of a Multi- Enzyme Product for 28- and 42-Day-Old Broilers

In order to estimate the crude protein (CP) equivalence value of Natuzyme-p (NP) enzyme by using regression response equations, two experiments were carried out using Ross (308) broiler chicks. Graded levels of dietary CP (while amino acids levels were kept constant) and NP enzyme were used to derive the regression equation in the first experiment. Four levels of dietary CP and NP enzyme were f...

Effect of solvent extracted soybean meal and full-fat soya on the protein and amino acid digestibility and body amino acid composition in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

This study was carried out to investigate the apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) value of protein, amino acid and energy and body amino acid composition of rainbow trout fed solvent extracted soybean meal (SBM) and full-fat soybean meal (FFS) partly replacing fish meal (FM) in diets. Five iso nitrogenous (average 50.36% crude protein) and energetic (4294 kcal/kg total energy) diets wer...
